I would like to know if taking the antibiotic clindamycin can this raise your blood pressure.

It shouldnt raise your blood pressure. I have checked several sources and none listed high blood pressure as a side effect. If you are finding that your blood pressure is becoming elevated you should notify your Dr. It is likely due to something other than the antibiotic.
