Clindamycin may be helpful in treating Chlymadia infections, but there are more popular antibiotics for this condition - Please visit link below.

The mainstay of therapy for chlamydia includes appropriate antibiotic treatment - these include: tetracyclines, azithromycin or erythromycin.
