I haven't heard of the ovulets but they do use cleocin cream for that. There is a great article by a dr. james christian at vaginosis.com and it further explains BV. I have had it off and on since having group b strep when I had a baby 19 years ago. It can be from an infection but it can also come from an imbalance between the bacterias in the vagina, and a ph issue. I really read the article a couple of times and it helped me understand why i would get it back intermittently.
