There are no known interactions between Claritin 24 Allergy and Toprolol XL. However, this does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. If you have any bothersome symptoms please see your doctor.

FYI he took the claritin & suffered light headedness & rapid heart beat(2nd day)- now it has been 3 days & all symptoms are gone- He stopped taking the 24 type & all is well. Thank you for your input.
