Hello shamsy. Yes,If by "brufen" you meant Bupropian (Wellbutrin) when taken along with Stelazine can create siezures and convulsions. This is serious and If someone you know is having anything close to what I just mentioned, you might phone 911 or go to the nearest hospital for treatment. Best wishes,pledge
