Start with the pharmacy hot line for the company that owns the pharmacy. Call your insurance company to see if they know if someone tried to run it thru on the insurance and report this to them as well. You may be able to fill out a police report, if you can, do it. Ask the pharmacy hotline to investigate when it was filled, how many times, the dates and the TIME it was filled, there should be a security film in the pharmacy and often one pointing at the waiting line. I don't know what else to suggest but I am sure someone will add more as the night goes on. Your insurance company can probably get more done about this than you can imagine, do contact them.
