immortalsas i'm in in INDIA i can see more den 15 brands of phenotoin sodium as my doc recomended Dilantin but i'm not gettin it so i planned to take Eptoin(a brand of abott grps) which is in tablet form... so i'd like to know why dilantin is in kapseal formulation not in tablet... plz reply my email id is Koolzswatch@gmail.com

I really don't know ... you may need to ask the manufacturers of Dilantin why they made it into a capsule form.
I'm just guessing that they designer saw it most appropriate in a capsule and was probably more cost effective as well.
Hope you can call the manufacturer and get more information.
