Angry rage can be a direct result of all the things you listed. Most certainly if you are combining any of these things, like no sleep, alcohol and no doz. Why would you take no doze if you aren't sleeping That could be the reason you aren't sleeping. Alcohol use directly affects your REM sleep and that is your 'rest' important sleep. No one sleeps well if they drink. People always think they do but it is very disturbed sleep when taking ANYTHING. Any drug or alcohol will disturb your sleep and you will then have rage because your brain is mad for taking all these foeign substances and not letting it have the rest it so badly needs. The way to stop the anger and rage and depression is to try and stop whatever substances you are taking one at a time and see which one is the culprt - but I think you will find that it is all of the.
