Can Amoxicillin (400mg chewable, 3x/daily) be taken with Loratadine (10 mg tab, 1 x/daily)? Grandson has ear infection.

I would say probably yes. There should be no interaction or side effects from them based on what I have researched, but I would speak to a pharmacist to make sure b/c no research gave me a direct answer, just "more than likely" probabilities. I am not a doctor, although I have a psyc. degree and know alot about all kinds of medicines, not just psyc. meds, I am not going to tell you "yes it is perfectly fine, do it". More than likely it is, but back it up with proper advice from a professional. If it is too late to call pharmacy, u can always call ER at hospital and ask for advice on drug interactions.

Yes, it is fine to take Amoxicillin and Loratadine in the same day.There are no known drug interactions.
