my 4 year old is on alupent but cant sleep because of persistant cough

I'm assuming he/she is on Alupent and you want to give Singulair as well. I hope Singulair has been prescribed your 4 year old.
If it has then yes, it's okay to give Alupent and Singulair together. There are no known interactions between these medicines. However, if does not mean that no interactions exist so if your child has any odd symptoms please take him/her to the doctor.
