Can allopurinol cause low blood pressure?

Allopurinol can cause vasodilatation and this could lead to low blood pressure. Please discuss with your doctor.

Known cardiovascular side effects: pericarditis, peripheral vascular disease, thrombophlebitis, bradycardia, vasodilation.
