I have been on Wellbutrin for a least a year and worry if my body can become used to it and it not work as well. Should it be switched after a length of time?

Yes, you can become use to the medication so it doesn't work as well but usually after being on longer than just one year. You may need to have the dosage increased. Best to discuss your symptoms with the doctor.
