yes,a recovering meth addict can take benadryl allergy without risk.benadryl is an antihistimaine and has nothing to do with nor is related to meth.it has none of the same ingredients as meth.it is used for allergies and allergic reactions and is also used to help control itching and other illnesses as recomended by a dr
