Smoking is fine.
However, your desire to smoke will go away.
The taste will become very, very disgusting to you. Almost to the point of barfing.

So, when you inhale, the nicotine is absorbed in your blood, it travels to your brain, then it just sits there. You will not feel any joy at all. The accumlated nicotine then travel downwards via blood to your liver, where it is metabolized and excreted in urine.
