Can a multivitamin be crushed?

yes as long as there are no time released component in it. It should say on the bottle if there is anything time released.

I have to bite my vitamins in two because an xray at the chiro showed 3 of them in my intestines still whole. Apparently I do not have the acid to eat through the outer casing . Have had no problems since doing this & I also do this for my other coated calcium tabs etc...
