Hi,

I had read that some people can get by with less bisprsol but 5 mg is often where they are started by a doctor. I have been cutting my 5 mg bisprolol in half the past 2 months (been on it for a couple of years) and am monitoring my blood pressure carefully. So far it has been great -even better than before and I'm feeling better. I see the Dr in another month and we'll see what he says. As blood pressure is a silent killer it needs to be carefully monitored if you do this. Best wishes.

Hi.
Bisoprolol as we all know is a very powerful drug and is never to be taken lightly, but if you are now feeling a lot better just by halving the dose, then your system may have found a balance that it can cope with..
Hope your now feeling loads better.
Willow.
