i have been taking ambian cr, and temazepam, but still cannot sleep at all. Am i ever going to sleep again? Please respond asap dont worry I will be up waiting for your response unfortunately... Thank You Very Much For Help,,, God Bless All Of Us

Hi J (I refuse to call you a junkie, sorry!!)
Yes, you will sleep again. Try some Benadryl to sleep, add in some Melatonin and Valerian root, which you may purchase at any pharmacy or supermarket, they are otc.
For body pain take Ibuprofen, but please eat something as it can hurt your tummy.
