Caltrate 600 with D - I took caltrate that were expired, what side effect will I have?

You probably won't have any side effects, but past it's expiry date manufacturers can't guarantee the quality or efficacy of medicines. So it is difficult to say how much therapeutic benefit you will get from taking it.

When is the best time to take Caltrate 600 + D ?

Is it ok to take it early in the morning with empty stomach ? Before or after meal ( breakfast, lunch or dinner ) ?
