... i am already on thyroxine 125mcg and multivitamin(A-Z). my latest TSH is 1.29 uIU/ml.Do i need to take an additional caltrate. Waiting for an immeditate replay

You can take Caltrate but I wouldn't say that it's absolutely necessary, provided you have sufficient calcium in your diet. If you are eating yogurt, drinking milk, plus with the multivitamin you should be okay. Just a caution about the multivitamin ... is it a proper prenatal vitamin.
Some Vitamins supplements are not recommended during pregnancy, for example Vitamin A. Please check instructions on the packet. If you are unsure please see your doctor.
