After the age of 40 your calicum level drops in the body. Now the Vit. D, doctors are now on a kick to check this as they are finding out that most of their patients are low on D. Low vit. D can give you a higher incident of getting cancer. Also low vit.D can rob the body of calicum. Sounds like your doctor is on top of his work.
