Actually i want to know what if i research for microemulsion based hydrogel of diphenhydramine??? Will there be more absorption of active ingredient into skin??? Will this formulation be useful for treatment of urticaria???

I'm not sure quite what you are asking.
With all creams there is absorption of active ingredients through the skin. If using the cream over large areas there could be absorption into the blood stream risking side-effects.
All creams should be used as recommended.
