C-Phen DM - does it have sugar in it?

I have not found if it contains sugar or not, but it says that if you have diabetes be careful. So it probably has sugar in it or some other chemical that can interact with diabetes. NOw there are other dugs on the market that are sugar free, ie: Scot-Tussin Sugar Free DM but even at that they say if you have diabetes you should talk it over with your doctor before using.
I always thought that if it said Sugar Free it ment if you had diabetes you can use it. But what I found on http://www.drugs.com/mtm/scot-tussin-sugar-free-dm.html they say to check with your doctor... This is very interesting to say the least.
