i have a garden in my yard and i noticed a plant that looked like a weed. it looks just like a burdock. so i was wondering if there's a possibility that it could be burdock.

Yes burdock grows wild. If its a young plant it's hard to tell it'll look kinda like wild lettuce or just a random weed. If it gets taller and sprouts pinkish brownish or purple fluffy round balls it probably is. If you want to use it herbaly like a tea, the root is the most potent. Hope this helps
