Broncho Saline for the nebulizer is no longer available, what can be used as an alternative?

There is no substitution for this. What I would do at this juncture is contact my physician and find out what he/she suggests as a substitution for you.

Can you use normal saline between nebule treatments. Child is 4 with croup.
