The pharmacy puts a sticker on my Gabapentin perscription bottle suggesting I wear a medical alert with the gabapentin info on it.

"Wear a medical alert tag or carry an ID card stating that you take gabapentin. Any medical care provider who treats you should know that you take seizure medication."

Masso is correct, but I believe that anyone on medication or with an allergy or condition should wear one. If there is a chance that you will be taken to the er in an emergency it sure helps. I wear one that has a memory stick and you can put all your medical info on it.
