... injection to subside? Seems to be getting worse daily recieved injection for cervical dystonia on July 15,2011. I recieved Type A in past last inj. of A was May 2008 been trying to get ins.( preexisting) i was provided opportunity for type B Myobloc and accepted due to fact that I was experiencing Severe Dystonia and needed the help. Type B made my CD worse.

try going on a beta blocker like atenol i got injections of steriods methotraxate and novicain helped two wks then dempremodol did nothing mobic for inflamation did nothing how did u get dystonia mine was drug induced in hospital they overdosed me,compazine /hydromorphone/ then benadry made it worse went iinto tardive coma .ive seen 10 doc since,

Did you get it from hospital? Mine was gotten in hospital drug induced now I have secondary hemidystonia. My ruhmatologist was using steriods but I went to get nerve test I forgot name I get results tomarrow because thhey were getting tighter and turning black and blue even massage is not good for me it pops another spasm out somewhere else. It sucks. I was locked first time from head to toe face turned upside down every muscle locked even ear. I have trouble memory do u?
I didn't get CD from hosp. I went to Dr. originally 14 yrs ago because my neck hurt very bad and stiff made driving almost void. Never had the spasms just pain. My fmly Dr. Treated me for some time as it became more frequent and pain worsened he sent me to specialist.
This Dr. Put me in extencive therapy and Botox injections that he gave every 4 months. Type A it was great i felt like new person.
I lost medical insurance after hurricane Ike hit. I managed to work throygh each episode with my fmly doc giving me muscle relaxer and pain med.

I started having stiffness in neck in march i thought it would b like usual. I have never experienced this before. I have had weight due to difficulty swallowing, unable to do my job because my thought process and memory suck. I took my mother to dr. Happened to b one i had rec. type A botox from pharm rep had left him samples of myobloc i would have taken arsnic if i thought it would help. I agreed to taking myobloc but my spasmshave gotten worse and pain is unbelievable. Evey insurance i try to get has turned me down. Im tired, weak and just about out of work.
god i feel really bad what if you take pain meds agin do you not wanna go down that alley again?
