I've had four rounds of Botox and, unfortunately, not had any relief from the injections. My neurologist gave me Botox injections in several areas on the forehead, temple, and down my neck. This doesn't mean it wouldn't work for you. I suffer from chronic migraines and they've not responded to various drug combinations and therapies. However, I do have two friends who received Botox for their migraines and it's been successful for them. Check and see if your insurance will cover the injections. They were recently approved by the FDA for the treatment of migraines. If your insurance covers the injections, take advantage of this benefit and see it will help you. Without insurance it's very expensive. My first round I had to pay out of pocket since it was before FDA approval, and seven injections cost me $600.
