Hey Jenny,
Its me again, lol. The maximum dose for Lamictal since you are on Depakote is 200 mgs. I need to keep yourself busy and not let this get you down. We will sort this out and find you the care you need. There are solutions, just going to take some more effort to find them.

Check on the Internet or any referral system for your state to see if someone offers Dialectical Behavioral Training in your area. It is a type of therapy designed by Marsha Linnehan with Borderline Personality Disorder in mind. It would be a great compliment to your meds.
