In 2005, two Tdap vaccines were licensed in the United States: ADACEL (sanofi pasteur, Swiftwater, Pennsylvania) for use in persons aged 11–64 years and BOOSTRIX (GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals, Rixensart, Belgium) for persons aged 10–18 years. Both vaccines are licensed for single-dose administration.

I copied this info from: http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/pdf/rr/rr57e0514.pdf; where you could get more info., hope this helps?
