I have heard rumors that long term use can be physuically bad for me. is there some kind of problemsd for people who use this drubg long term??? g

The long term safety risks of biophosphonates (eg Boniva) are not fully understood. Research is currently being under taken. You should talk with your doctor if you have any concerns.
