Pill imprint I3 has been identified as Naproxen sodium 220 mg.
Naproxen is used in the treatment of pain; back pain; headache; osteoarthritis; sciatica (and more), and belongs to the drug class nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.

i found this grey/blue round pill with a capital M on one side and 100 on the other. Wat is it?

it has PM (or maybe Wd?) on one side and the other is blank. It a light blue, kind of like 'sky' blue or baby blue.

round blue pill no other identifing marks. The 1 could be an I- not sure no perforation/ scoring on the pill

I believe it to be a pain killer. It isn't a light blue color but rather almost a navy blue.
