Blue caplet imprinted L 431 is 25 mg diphenhydramine, an antihistamine. It is generic Benadryl.

Well your on the right track there! It is not benadryl it is 25mg of Diphenhydramine Which is an antihistamine. Then there is 50mg of Doxylamine Which is a sleep agent! Then there is 350mg of Benzodiazepine#Benzodiazepine is an ingredient in prescription sleep aids known as hypnotics. According to the NSF, hypnotics are the preferred sleep aid medications, since they provide the the most benefits and fewest risks when compared to other sleep-enhancing drugs. Drugs containing benzodiazepine are designed to help a person fall and remain asleep. There for hun the answer to your question is that it's a very potent sleeping pill!! VERY POTENT! If I were you I would cut it in half and try half then if it works don't do the other half until the next night. If it doesn't work then take the other half of it but wait like thirty minuets or so! Any more questions feel free to ask!
