What kind of pill would this describe? Blue octagon shaped with "LL" on the front and a "108" on the back?

This pill is actually LL/B01 (You had it upside down). This medication is Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg and Lisinopril 10mg. It's Blue 6 sided and is used for high blood pressure. Hope this helps. Happy New Years!
