Jada,
I was wondering about your medication. Parnate is rarely used and I wanted to know if your doctor had tried you on any other bipolar meds. Does it not work well for you or are you suffering from side effects? I am really curious to hear about your experiences with the med. Thanks.

Psyched.......Yes the Parnate helps me the most. However there are so many medications that interact with it. I mean as far as my disorder and medication cocktail all is fine. I am having trouble with finding a medication for my migraines which I have to tolerate the excrutiating pain due to Parnate. If you really can find all the medication and food interactions that Parnate has you may want to think hard about it. The food I can deal with....I just didn't know about all the medication problems. I cannot take SSRI's so an MAOI was last choice. It does work for me and it started working not long after I too my fist pill which has been several plus years now. Really discuss with your doctor MOAI family in depth. I hope I gave you some insight and will answer again if you need it.
