Big blank white pill!?

okay, i found this big white oblong shape pill. it has nothing on it, except a line to break it in half. it has smooth edges. what could this be?

I would guess that since it has no numbers and is scored that it is an otc vitamin or mineral pill. I take an otc multivitamin and it is long, ovalish and scored with no numbers. I wouldn't worry and I personally would just dispose of it by flushing it down the toilet!
