Hello,
First of all you need to see a dermatologist and ask about Accutane if your acne is to severe.
Accutane ( isotretinoin) is a very powerful medication used to treat severe acne and it can be dangerous. If it is not so severe I am more than certain that the Dermatologist will prescribe some other medication for you, which will indeed help you.-
