I am pretty sure Biaxin (clarithromycin) won't give drug test. Plus if you declare the fact that you are on antibiotics they may be able to do a more sensitive test to check (and eliminate the antibiotic).

Marvell is correct. Also, on rare occasions, some anti biotics MAY give a false positive for controlled substances. That's why it's very important to list ALL medications (OTC and Rx) that have been taken in the past 30 days. Best wishes,
