I have tried Inderal which dried out my eyes and Verapamil which causes constipation, and sleeplesssness. Any other ideas? I have chronic daily migraines. I used to have hormonally related. Am in my fortieth year of migraine suffering. HELP

Another cardiovascular drug lisinopril has been found useful in reducing the length and severity of migraines.
Antidepressants such as amitriptyline, nortriptyline and protriptyline are often prescribed for migraine prevention. Another type of antidepressant, venlafaxine, may be helpful.
Some anti-seizure drugs, such as valproate, topiramate and gabapentin seem to reduce the frequency of migraines. Lamotrigine may be helpful if you have migraines with aura.
Cyproheptadine and Botox have also been used.
You should discuss these options with your doctor.
