My peditrician prescribed it for my two month old. He has bad rashes on his neck, arms, and legs.

If your baby has a rash and the pediatrician has prescribed it then it's fine, as your baby definitely needs it. They have probably already told you to use it very sparingly (thinly), and to apply it for a short time and then have a break. If the rash doesn't get better please get your baby seen by the pediatrician again.
