I am on Klonopin 1mg & Xanax 1mg - both twice a day. I would like to find something to replace the Klonopin that is not so hard on the liver as I have Hepatitis C.

Your physician needs to discuss this with you. A lot depends upon lab tests showing your liver function. There are other choices. An endocrinologist, internal medicine, or liver specialist ought to be seen for a better solution for you. The choice will be made based upon your full medical history and the condition of the liver.
