I have a sluggish colon or IBS-C and I was wondering if Bentyl (dicylomine) would constipate me even more, or if it would help relax me to go easier?

Bentyl is used to treat stomach cramps in patients with IBS. It will not help you to "go easier".
Constipation is a possible side-effect of Bentyl but unfortunately it cannot be predicted.
