I want to know what's the best time of the day to take the 2 doses to have the best results with craving reduction and appetite reduction

I find taking mine at 8:00 am and 4:00 pm works best for me. I take mine with breakfast and taking it at 4:00 helps reduce appetite at diner time. Of course I have to get to sleep as early as possible to avoid those late night cravings and also assures my energy level is up so I actually feel like exercising.
