Been off provera for 9 days and have not had the withdrawl bleeding yet should I be concerned?

I have taken provera and 2 months and have been bleeding for 16 days. Is this normal?

I have been prescribed provera for 28 days because I experienced heavy bleeding for two months?

Bleeding stopped after five days of using provera now on day sixteen and bleeding has started again is this normal
