Because I am not a doctor, I can't tell you exactly what to do, however, go to vaginosis.com and read the whole page or 2 from doctor James Christian. It has a chart of some treatments they did in the UK, some medicated douches. I haven't had a chronic problem with BV, but, I have had a reccuing problem and if you will look for the douche formula that seemed to work for the 12 year old girl and try that one, it should work for you too. He writes an article that makes alot more sense than any thing else I have read. Good Luck.
