Lyrica is proving to be a very successful drug especially for nerve pain. Opiates aren't much good especially on sciatica pain. Exercise and weight loss if you have a belly is a big factor. Strengthen your stomach and lumbar muscles... Dave

slygirl, i am not really answering this but seeking your advice as this is almost 2 yrs old. what have you done in the past two years to ease your pain? i have the same exact problems. thx paddyanne47
