dstar3477... strengthening excercises, and stretch all day long. I take Tramadol and Diclofenac for the chronic aching and tightness. These two meds work pretty well together. But I only feel at 100% when I use med. Marijuana. My only issue is that I live in fear of losing my job to a random drug test. Any suggestions on what medicine to take for my pain instead of Marijuana? Much thanks

I take Tramadol - 100mg twice daily. Diclofenac sodium - 75mg twice daily. And the MJ - morning, noon, and night. But need to quit for my own livelyhood.

dstar3477, welcome to the site. I would like to know what the dosage of tramodol is & how much you really take. I don't know how much resuearch you have done on different drugs, but tramadol is bvery addictive & if stopped suddenly can cause seizures.So, first order of things is to know how much you are taking. Apparently you do not get total relief or the MJ wouldn't be helping you. My son has spina bifida and my other son has scoliosis as do I. Neither of them take pain meds, just a occastional muscle relaxer for their back problems. If you could hit the comment button & let us know the amount & doses of these drugs it would easier to help give you a really good answer. Buy the way both my sons also say MJ helps their back pain, so I do understand your dilemma... Mary632009

Probably so, but it is legal in some states, & if it helps what the heck! I can think of a few boozers & others that are in need of more help than an occasional pot smoker for pain relief. Just my thoughts... Mary
