You may want to check with the Mayo Clinic ( Dr. Klein) or Uc Davis I don't have a name there. You also could do a literature search and see who ( names of current researchers) who are investigating autoimmune disorders with theses symptoms--your local medical center library may be of assistance. Also you can self refer yourdself to the Mayo Clinic via their web site--I don't know aout UC Davis or if the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is close to you. Good luck and let me know how it turns out. I see your question was posted quite awhile ago so I imagine you already have your anwser.
