Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) - Is methylphenidate (ritalin) 10 mg equivalent to?

Hi first off ritalin is nothing more than speed and did you google adderall or call a pharmacist to find out the differences??? Also i don't know if you know it but going on a gluten free diet solves lots of problems for people. I have personally seen it work for people with adhd and amazingly kids that have Autism it changes there whole life. It's amazing how many people are allergic to wheat products and when given up life gets better. I know i am on it myself and whenever i screw up and eat wheat products again i watch myself slide totally downhill for days. I am not trying to preach as i have so many things wrong with me i have to take more than my share of pills to, but they lessen as long as i stay on the diet and you can eat so much it's crazy. Well i don't know if i helped or not but if nothing else you do call the pharmacist as they can look up all this for you and i trust them more than i do my doctors when needing med info. Leron
