... prescribed for my adhd? Its called Oxy elite pro

I suggest showing the bottle with the ingredients of Oxy Elite to your Dr. before adding it. Herbal mixtures can be very strong, despite being over-the-counter, non-regulated, and easily attainable. I would not suggest taking the two together, as the Adderall has a stimulant affect, as does apparently the Oxy Elite. Why do the double whammy on your body? Its difficult to tell, but they may have a synergistic affect on each other, which would multiply the affects of both, sometimes exponentially. If you're taking Adderall, structure, routine, and exercise are extremely important in combination... to work off frenetic energy and to curb appetite a bit. This is just my opinion, so check it with your Dr. My Psychiatrist is very open to alternative medicines and mixtures, but he's also honest with me about which "natural" products or methods he considers to be "whooey" or bunk. Good luck, and be careful! The fact that you wanted to check with others shows me that there was a healthy concern about mixing the two already. Follow your instincts.
