Atropine/Diphenoxylate - if you dont have diarrhea why would you take this pill?

why would someone take this pill other than diarrhea issues

Diphenoxylate and Atropine is only effective as adjunctive therapy in the management of diarrhea.

One should not take the pill if one does not have diarrhea, take care, best wishes!
